Consumables, handled

Restroom paper and soap should work like the lights in a building: always on, never discussed. Pleasanton Janitorial supplies what restrooms, breakrooms and entries go through, mounts the dispensers that hold it and keeps them filled.

Restrooms get toilet paper, toilet seat covers, paper towels, hand soap and hand sanitizer. Every waste point gets can liners or trash bags sized to its container. We supply and mount dispensers for towels, tissue, soap and sanitizer as well, so hardware and refills come from one place.

Liners for trash and recycling

Pleasanton’s recycling rules call for a labeled recycling container wherever there is a garbage bin, restrooms aside, so breakrooms and work areas often hold more than one bin. Each regular trash can and each recycling bin gets a can liner or trash bag that fits it, from a small desk-side can to the tall container by the breakroom counter.

The rest is stocked room by room. Restrooms carry tissue with a spare roll in every stall, a seat cover holder at each toilet, and soap and towels beside each sink. Breakrooms need towels and a soap pump at the faucet. Entries and reception get a sanitizer station and lined lobby cans.

Retail and restaurant traffic

A customer restroom serves people who are not on the payroll, so its use follows foot traffic rather than headcount. A store or restaurant can stay open well into the evening and through the weekend, and on a busy day a towel dispenser may need refilling more than once. Restaurants add another wrinkle: the staff handwashing sinks in the kitchen need towels and soap as reliably as the customer restrooms do.

A warehouse or light industrial building follows a pattern of its own again, so its pars and dispenser layout are set to how that building is actually used.

Refills on cleaning visits

Should our crews clean the building too, they can open every dispenser during the clean, refill the low ones, change liners and log what left the closet. Supervisors check stock on inspections and raise a restroom’s par before it runs short. Day porter service adds a daytime round for lobbies and busy restrooms.

Dispensers stay full between janitorial visits. If you would rather buy your own products, crews refill from your stock and the routine does not change.

Delivery without cleaning

In-house cleaning? The purchasing can still be ours. Deliveries come on a recurring cycle sized to how fast each item goes, and we shelve them in your supply closet for your custodian or facilities team to load from. A delivery can include dispensers too, mounted on the same trip, and if you add our cleaning later, the stock and hardware stay exactly as they are.

Hardware and refills

Each dispenser takes its own refill: towel housings fit one roll width, soap units one cartridge, tissue holders one roll and core. Install with us and the refills we bring are made for those units, so they load cleanly and dispense properly.

Dispensers already on the wall can stay. We note each model, buy refills to fit and replace a unit only after it breaks or disappears, or when you request a newer model.

Par levels

Every restroom has a par, the reserve of paper, cartridges, seat covers and liners that should always be on hand in a nearby closet. It is counted on each visit or delivery and topped back up, so the closet never looks crowded or bare.

Pars rise when a floor fills up again, a tenant adds staff or a season brings more visitors, then settle back once the building does. A new par is set with you rather than guessed, after a few weeks of closet counts show what the room really uses.

One contact

Buying supplies separately means a second vendor, a second bill and a reorder date to remember. If we clean for you as well, supplies can sit on that same account and all of that goes away: one contact answers for clean rooms and full dispensers. Coffee and snacks for the kitchen come through our breakroom and pantry restocking.

What shapes the price

Price follows the people and the rooms: headcount and visitor traffic, how many restrooms and dispensers there are, how quickly each product moves, the tier of tissue, towels and soap, and whether stock arrives with cleaning or on separate delivery days. The written quote lists each product.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can we buy supplies if another company cleans for us?

Yes. Supplies are sold separately; we deliver on a recurring cycle and shelve the order in your closet.

Can our current dispensers stay on the wall?

Yes, unless one is damaged or missing or you want something new. We order refills to fit what is on the wall.

Do recycling bins get liners too?

Yes. Regular trash cans and recycling bins both get can liners or trash bags sized to the container, and they are changed on each cleaning visit or restocked with each delivery.

How big is the closet reserve?

Big enough to meet each restroom’s par, which comes from headcount, traffic and use, and it is restocked to that point at every visit or delivery.
