A breakroom that goes unnoticed

A good breakroom goes unnoticed. The coffee is there, the fridge holds what people like and the counter is clear. Pleasanton Janitorial keeps it that way: we buy the beans, drinks and snacks on your list, carry them in on a regular day and shelve them, so nobody on your team loses a lunch hour to the warehouse club.

It is a service of its own. Book it with our cleaning crews or without them; either way the shopping list belongs to you.

A kitchen on every floor

In a campus-style business park building with a kitchen on every floor, each kitchen serves its own team, and each team empties it at its own pace. So each floor’s kitchen gets its own quantities and is checked on every round, rather than one order being split across the whole building and guessed at.

A smaller office is a different picture: a professional practice with one kitchenette for a handful of staff, where a short list of favorites beats a big assortment.

The guest shelf

Firms that host clients in the office are an especially good match for this service. A full coffee station, cold water and a clean counter tell a visitor as much about the office as the lobby does. We can keep a separate guest shelf for meeting rooms, stocked with bottled water, coffee pods, cups and wrapped snacks, so meeting supplies never come out of the team’s own share.

Before a big client day, send a note and the next restock brings extra. For a quarterly review or an investor visit, the guest shelf can be doubled for that week without touching the team’s counts.

Writing the list together

We start with whoever knows the kitchen best, usually an office manager, and ask a few direct questions. Which drinks disappear by midweek? Is there a house coffee? What has sat in the cupboard since spring? Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian or low-sugar needs go in at the start rather than as an afterthought.

You pick a monthly food and drink figure, and purchases never cross it. New requests join the next restock.

Restock visit

We count what is left, refill the fridge with still and sparkling water and other cold drinks with older stock to the front, fill the snack shelves and bins, and resupply the coffee station with beans or grounds, tea, creamer, sweeteners and filters. Paper cups with lids, napkins, plates, bowls, forks and stirrers get topped up too. If a few people start bringing lunch from home every day, the fridge plan changes to leave them room.

Then the room is set right: anything past its date pulled, shelves and counters wiped down, the fridge put in order, crumbs swept from the snack corner and the kitchen bins emptied.

Working alongside our cleaning

Where we also handle your office cleaning, restock day lines up with a cleaning visit, and the kitchen is cleaned and refilled in one trip. Toilet paper, towels and restroom soap are handled under janitorial supplies instead.

Is your building cleaned in-house, or by someone else? Then the pantry keeps its own calendar. Our restock staff pass background checks, and the breakroom is on every supervisor inspection.

Who it suits

Beyond business-park offices, the service fits coworking spaces whose members keep odd hours and expect coffee at any of them, clinics where staff eat between patients and need the fridge to hold lunches as well as drinks, and stores whose back room doubles as the break area, where a stocked shelf helps on a long weekend shift.

Budget and pricing factors

Food and drink purchases fit inside the monthly figure you set. Our fee depends on team size, how broad the list is, how often we restock and how much breakroom care each visit carries, and the written quote lays it all out before the first restock.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can you keep guest supplies separate from the team's?

Yes. A guest shelf for meeting rooms is stocked on its own counts, so client coffee and water never come out of the staff supply.

Does each floor get its own kitchen order?

Yes. In multi-floor buildings every kitchen carries its own counts, and one round covers them all.

We clean in-house. Can we still book pantry restocking?

Yes. It is a separate service any Pleasanton business can book, with or without our cleaning.

How are special diets handled?

They go into the list before the first restock, and those items come back on every visit with the rest of the order.
